As a plus, it is an asset flip and is made with Game Guru. Next time, use Unreal Engine. Asset flips are games which are just made by mashing together assets (3d models) from the internet that were free for download into a low quality game. Usually these types of games cost money, and are scams. But since this game is free for downloading, just like the assets in the game, it can get a pass, since it is not a scam to do such a thing.
Also, attempt to make your own models for the game in Blender: https://www.blender.org/. This one program acts as a whole 3d creation suite, and basically a mashup of 3DS Max, ZBrush, and Maya. 3DS Max is a great modeling program, ZBrush is an awesome sculpting program, and Maya is, in my opinion, the best 3d animation software. Blender can model, sculpt, and rig/animate. Plus it can texture your models. These four things are the main features needed for making a 3d game.
The workflow is usually to sculpt out your 3D model, whether it be a gun or a human, make a lower quality model out of the sculpture with the modeling capabilites Blender has, rig, animate, and then texture your asset. The use of modeling a rough 3D model of the sculpture is to reduce the amount of polygons of the asset to increase game frame rate while at the same time keeping all the main details. This is how you would optimize game models. This is called retopology. This is also detrimental to the texturing of the model, which is another feature Blender has. It can texture/paint your model. This is how you create an optimized game asset. Though, some assets, such as rocks, can obviously be made without rigging and animating since they are inanimate objects.
